STEVENS ALTERATIONS

Kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom addition to an 1870s era home located in the downtown Historic District in Bethlehem, PA.

​

The work of this project included a complete kitchen renovation and expansion, adjacent sitting room addition, new exterior stair to the lower level backyard, and creation of a new master bedroom and bathroom suite opening onto a second floor rooftop deck above the sitting room.

 

The new rooftop deck, and the expansive new windows in the addition, combined with the south-facing sloping site all contribute to the feeling of sitting up among the trees, all within the heart of historic Bethlehem.
